Watermelon Mojito

1 oz Door County Distillery Gin

3 oz watermelon purée

club soda to fill

3-4 sprigs of mint

lime wedge

Muddle mint and lime wedge. Add ice to glass, add gin and watermelon, top with club soda. Stir.
