4 oz Door County Distillery Vodka or Gin
4 oz grapefruit juice
1.5 oz elderflower liquor
Four 4 inch sprigs fresh thyme
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Door Peninsula Winery Rosé Bouquet (semi dry sparkling rosé) for topping
In cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, grapefruit juice, elderflower liquor, and 2 sprigs thyme. Shake until very chilled, then double strain into 2 martini glasses. Top with Rosé Bouquet. Garnish with thyme sprig and grapefruit slice.
