Peach Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned 1 oz Door County Distillery Maple Bourbon 1/2 oz Peach Simple Syrup Sour soda to fill 1 Peach, sliced, with peel on Maraschino Cherries
Place half of the peach slices in a contained with a seal proof lid. Add Maple Bourbon to cover and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
Place one soaked peach slice, 2 maraschino cherries, and 1/2 oz peach simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass. Muddle. Add ice. Add 1 oz Maple Bourbon, then sour soda to fill. Garnish with a peach slice.
