3 oz vanilla-infused Door County Distillery Rock Island Rum

2 oz Door Peninsula Winery Rosé Soirée (dry Rosé wine)

2 1/2 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz grenadine


Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into two coupe glasses.


To make Vanilla-infused Rock Island Rum:

Cut 1-2 vanilla beans lengthwise. Combine with at least 1 cup Rock Island Rum in an airtight container, or add vanilla beans directly to bottle. Let infuse for at least several hours.
